Each Hydro dipped hat comes with an adjustable ratchet suspension that fits most adults. We take a new Pyramex Ridgeline hard hat, and each hat is prepared and dipped one at a time. This version of the Pyramex hat features all the same options as the standard Ridgeline with the addition of air vents at the top and the back of the hard hat. This helps circulate air and keep your head cool and dry. The vented Pyramex Hats meet Class C only.

Therefore, each hard hat is unique and has slight differences in the placement of the pattern. The design covers the entire outside of the hard hat and will not fade or easily scratch. We are carrying all patterns in stock and can generally produce the hats in 1-2 days; however, there may be an additional 2-4 day lead time in case of back orders or larger orders.
