Each Hydro dipped hat comes with an adjustable 4 point ratchet suspension that fits most adults. For only a few dollars more we also have a 6 point ratchet suspension available.
We take a new Class 1 Class C, E and G hard hat and each hat is prepared and dipped one a a time. Therefore, each hard hat is unique and has slight differences in the placement of the pattern. Currently we are using an ERB Omega II hard hat for the hats. We have found these hard hats have the best features to work with. The design covers the entire outside of the hard hat and will not fade or easily scratch
