Designed specifically for use with the Ergodyne Chill-Its® 6255 Lightweight Phase Change Cooling Vest, these rechargeable packs maintain a consistent 64°F (18°C) temperature for up to 2 hours of cooling.
The lightweight design is approximately 30%–60% lighter than traditional cooling vest packs, helping reduce overall weight while providing long-lasting cooling. A flexible grid design eliminates the stiffness often associated with traditional ice packs, allowing greater comfort and freedom of movement while worn inside the vest.
When it's time to recharge, the cooling packs can be quickly reactivated using ice water, a freezer, refrigerator, or air conditioning. This reusable design makes them a convenient option for repeated use throughout the workday or during outdoor activities.

How to Recharge
Choose one of the following methods to recharge the cooling packs:
- Ice Water: Place packs in a cooler of ice water for approximately 5 minutes
- Freezer: Place packs in the freezer for approximately 8 minutes
- Refrigerator: Place packs in the refrigerator for approximately 12 minutes
- Air Conditioning: Place packs near an air conditioner for approximately 1 hour
Once recharged, insert the packs into the designated pockets of the Chill-Its® 6255 Lightweight Phase Change Cooling Vest.
Cleaning & Care
- Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water
- Dry with a clean cloth or paper towel
- Do not machine wash
- Do not machine dry
