Designed to attach to most hard hats and safety helmets, this lightweight liner pad combines evaporative cooling technology with flame-resistant and arc-rated performance for demanding work environments.
The FR modacrylic cotton blend fabric meets ASTM F1506 performance requirements and is classified as NFPA 70E Category 1, with an ATPV rating of 7.1 cal/cm2. Activated polymer cooling technology provides up to four hours of cooling relief after soaking in water, helping you stay more comfortable during hot-weather work.
A wide neck shade provides extended coverage along the back of the neck while helping shield against sun exposure. The low-profile design fits comfortably beneath a hard hat wihout adding unnecessary bulk, while two hook & loop straps attach securely to the helmet suspension. When the cooling effect wears off, simply re-wet the liner to reactivate.

How to Activate
1. Soak the liner pad in water for 2-5 minutes.
2. Allow excess water to drain before placing it inside the hard hat.
3. The polymer technology retains water to provide cooling relief for up to four hours.
4. Simply re-wet the liner to reactivate the cooling properties.
Do not over-activate the liner, as excessive water absorption may cause the polymer crystals to expand and make the pad uncomfortable to wear.
